I'm joining my buddy Danielle at
Secrets of a Sweet Southern Girl today for Wino Wednesday.
Have i mentioned to y'all that my wedding will be at a winery here in Texas?
I'm just so excited about that and all my friends say "thats so perfect for you"! Its so beautiful and will need very minimal decorations.
I have a board on Pinterest dedicated to all things Wine.
Here are some things that i wanted to share today from my Pinterest.

Deletexoxo to you!
I really like the flattened bottles. I guess I ought to see if there's a tutorial out there to make them myself (without burning my fingers) or if they need to be purchased. Excited to see more of your wedding plans.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up for Wino Wednesday. Have a fabulous day!
It's a fun link. Now something funny is that i went to a thrift store this week and of all things i found another flattened wine bottle. Now i have 3. Yikes! :)
DeleteHow fun to have your wedding at a winery! That will be beautiful! -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures
ReplyDeleteIt really is a beautiful location. Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine. I cant believe we're there.
DeleteI have to tell you a winery story. Ages ago, a local radio station started a running gag about the Hiney Winery. A wonderful place, run by the Hiney brothers Thor and Big Red. They sold t-shirts and ball caps and bumper stickers, and did commercial spots for this fictitious winery.
ReplyDeleteThey picked for its home the hamlet of Zulu, a flyspeck on the map that was three miles walk from my door to your favorite seat at Lortie's bar. Well, as they were telling the world of people who weren't necessarily bright to go to the Hiney Winery, "Behind the library in beautiful downtown Zulu", we used to have a lot of fun giving directions. "Go three miles to Paulding Road, turn right/left, and look for the library. You can't miss it."
So as soon as you said you were being wed in a winery, my first thought was whether Thor or Big Red would be the best man.
You know that you mentioned it, we had a radio station here in Dallas also that had the whole hiney wine. It was many years ago but yiu could have a tshirt and everything.
DeleteThats too funny!!
I love the cork wreath, the flat wine bottle cheese trays and the idea of Wino Wednesday. Best wishes for your wedding.
